Housing developer engineered a two tiered soil nail wall on his hillside to create a larger lot size for an additional condominium unit. The units faced directly at the walls and was a concern of the developer. The developer decided to use our Diamond Bar Sandstone finish to give the wall a natural easy on the eye look. We use a light earth blend stain to blend with the hillside and also the stucco color on the condos. The 6,200 square foot wall was 267’ long and a combined average height of 23’.
