Boulderscape collaborated closely with the drilling contractor to design a soil nail wall face featuring pronounced undulations. This approach enhanced the geological finish's relief, ensuring a closer match to the area's natural rock formations.
For this 6,100 square foot wall, Boulderscape introduced a custom finish named “French Broad Granite.” This finish showcases significant relief, exfoliation, and texture, capturing the essence of the local granite formations. To replicate the mica-rich appearance of the native stone, heavy speckling was incorporated into the design.
