A deteriorating and leaking tunnel lining needed to be demolished and a new high-performance tunnel lining installed. 22,000 square feet of drainage board, reinforcement and high-performance shotcrete was installed to support and seal the tunnel envelope. The applied shotcrete received a class A sponge float finish.
