As part of the I-66 Express Lanes expansion in Centreville, Virginia, Boulderscape installed more than 14,600 square feet of structural shotcrete to stabilize the highway shoring walls while delivering a clean, uniform finish. A 6-inch structural section with a smooth steel-trowel face created durable infrastructure built to serve one of Northern Virginia's busiest transportation corridors.

The I-66 Express Lanes expansion needed a shoring-wall system built to carry heavy infrastructure loads for decades. Boulderscape shot a 6-inch layer of high-strength structural shotcrete across roughly 14,600 square feet of wall — from on-site mock-ups and control wires to placement by ACI-certified nozzlemen, a smooth steel-trowel finish, and final quality control — leaving a durable, uniform wall built for one of Northern Virginia's busiest corridors.
