The I-66 Express Lanes expansion needed a shoring-wall system built to carry heavy infrastructure loads for decades. Boulderscape shot a 6-inch layer of high-strength structural shotcrete across 68,863 square feet of wall — from on-site mock-ups and control wires to placement by ACI-certified nozzlemen, a hand-sculpted M48 Centerville Ashlar finish, and final quality control — leaving a durable architectural wall built for one of Northern Virginia's busiest corridors.
